John was kind enough to buy Roku for me at Christmas.
The Netflix and Hulu options are a huge plus.
But I think John and I would agree that the ability to watch "The Pistol" anytime we want is really the most beneficial element to the Roku.
Rather....watching Jack imitate all of the moves from "The Pistol" is the most beneficial element to the Roku.
Above you see Jack executing what is known as "shotgun hands."
Below...just plain fanciness.
John and I can't remember what title (if any) this next awesome skill is called.
For lack of a better name, we'll call it "crotch buster."
Jack is really good at this one:)
Ball Faking...
Dribbling...
Look at this kid. He is AMAZING.
He perfected his Pistol Pete skills after practicing for several days...luckily in time to show them off to his teammates. The other team's players. The parents. And everyone else in the gym that day.
While we don't have a picture to prove it, please note that my son executed a perfect and very necessary "Crotch Buster" in the middle of one of his games.
I don't know where he gets that amount of confidence...
it's not like his parents let him wear an NBA headband or anything.
I never was a baller. At least not of the basketball kind. But My Man was, and I hope and pray that at least one of our boys will take after him.
Afterall, what is better than the squeaky sound of basketball shoes on a glossy, wooden floor?

When did he turn into a small grown-up???
My "little" brother is now playing football and going to prom. It's so freakin' fun to watch them grow up and do things like perfect their sweet basketball moves. Have so much fun!!!
